THE FARMAHOUSE PALAZZO VECCHIO The farm, Palazzo Vecchio , a family management, was born in 1976 by an idea of the founder of the family, Mario Grossi, and his son, Simone. Involving all the family, Simone, has redecorated the old hay-loft (2002) and then (2010) also the farm, that's why today it's well known as "Agriturismo Palazzo Vecchio ". The farm rises in a central area of the Mugello valley, in Tuscany , close to the Ensa river, and quietness is assured, although relatively close to the chief town, Borgo San Lorenzo .
In the farm, that extends 51 hectares, you can have a guided visit through the selected cattle farming of cow milk, purposely selected for the milk production "Selezione Mugello " for "Mukky " of Florence . Young calves, pigs and many others animals, as chickens, geese, turkeys, doves and rabbits, can be found in the farm. All products of the farm, included vegetables, can be bought by visitors.
